A very special bereavement box to commemorate the late son of my customer. We made a box to celebrate her son’s life. The box curates some personal mementos and bits and pieces including items of clothing and aftershave, while also showing his love for travel and his career as a police officer.

Nan's Belongings

 This evocative box was created in memory of a customer's late grandmother. We worked together to create a box which is now proudly hanging on his study wall, serving as an everyday reminder and a lasting tribute to his nan.

In Memory of Mavis

"After being given these beautiful items belonging to a close neighbour and friend who passed away, I contacted Katherine to discuss how we could create a piece that would do them justice. Katherine was so accommodating and included me in every part of the process, from the design, to the layout and colour. I was so pleased with the end product which displays these ornate items in a simple but elegant way. Although this was a much smaller piece compared to Katherine's larger-scale memory boxes, it's a fitting tribute to the petite lady who once kept these items on her dressing table. I hope that Mavis would enjoy seeing them now displayed above my own dressing table."
