Battersea, London Print
Panoramic Battersea Power Station Illustration
My Battersea Power Station illustration shows the iconic London landmark within the context of the River Thames and the wider Battersea area. The print sets the imposing red brick building with its looming chimneys, next to other industrial buildings, on the historic South London waterfront.
Meticulously created using pen, ink and watercolour on FSC certified, archival quality paper, this detailed print comes mounted, and wrapped in eco-friendly recycled tissue. Finding the beauty in small details is a real love of mine, and I enjoy hand-drawing every tiny, individual line, curve and dot of the original illustrations, on my traditional architect’s drawing board.
Stocked at Battersea Power Station itself, this print makes a wonderfully thoughtful souvenir or gift and an ideal memento of an exciting day out, a first date, or even a wedding reception.
My Battersea illustration forms part of my London prints range and looks especially striking when hung as part of a set next to Tower Bridge, London Cityscape and my drawing of Cadogan Square.
